LEON “LEE” KLAUSEN, age 78, of San Diego and formerly of Hobart, passed away Monday, February 29, 2016. He was born in Gary, Indiana on December 19, 1937 to the late Charles and Helen (nee Kramer) Klausen. Lee was a graduate of Hobart High School. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #428 F&AM in San Dimas, CA. Lee will be remembered as loving father, brother, and uncle.

Lee is survived by his son, Todd Klausen of San Diego, CA; sister, Lois (Levi) Stanford; brother –in-law, Gene (Edie) Bujdoso of Crown Point; nieces and nephews, Jo Ann, Wade, Bill, Mark, Lorna, Michael, Brian and Rebecca; numerous great nieces and great nepehws. Lee was also preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary (nee Bujdoso).

Services for Lee will be Saturday, March 19, 2016, beginning at Burns Funeral Home, 701 East 7th Street, Hobart and departing for Calumet Park Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. for a graveside committal service at 11:30 a.m. Burns Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
